I want to give a 10 out of 10 to the company Stagecoach Towing in Banning, CA, for the excellent training they provide to their tow truck drivers! My car broke down—it completely shut off—late at night, around 11:00 PM, right underneath a dark freeway overpass in an area frequented by homeless people. I was absolutely terrified. I called them for help, and within just five minutes, the tow truck driver—whose name is Anthony Pablin—arrived. He provided me with exactly the kind of support, reassurance, and care that a person needs during this type of emergency. First and foremost, he made sure I was safely secured inside the tow truck; only then did he proceed to do his job, and he brought me all the way home. A huge thank you to Tony for being the kind of person you are; my entire family and I are deeply grateful to you.

My tire blew out causing me to go into a ditch. I was going to figure out how to come out myself but CHP got there and since it was on the hwy they said they had to call a tow truck to pull me out not giving me much of any choices. They called stagecoach towing and they stated since CHP called they charge CHP rates $325 an hour. To add stress to an already unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance they said the hour started from the time the tow truck left the shop to the time it arrives back. This seems like a scam because what if the driver takes his time to earn more for the company and then CHP rates just because they called them they charge more another way of making more money. So if you can avoid it and try to get out the hwy before they want you to pay an exaggerated amount they quote me $1100 to take me 40 miles just because of the amount of time it takes them to go back to their shop. I’m just trying to avoid someone an unnecessary expense.

Luckily I wasn't on the freeway

JC is the best. I blew two tires getting on the fwy. JC rushed to help me. He was quick, kind, and friendly. The moment he got to my truck my safety was his number one concern. He wisked me to the cab and quickly loaded my truck as we were literally blocking the on ramp.

Danny was dispatched through AAA this past Saturday evening, and while he wasn’t able to resolve the issue himself, he truly went above and beyond. My friend and I were two women stranded in a scary area with no one around, and we were genuinely afraid. Danny stayed with us until another driver arrived, made sure we felt safe, and helped coordinate the assistance we needed. His calm presence, kindness, and genuine concern meant more than he probably knows. He turned a very stressful situation into something manageable, and I’m incredibly thankful for him.

I just wanted to express my absolute gratitude for JC's incredible help with my snap-on toolbox. Honestly, getting that thing moved to its safe new home felt like an impossible mission, and I was racking my brain trying to figure it out. He was punctual and very polite! He did everything he could to help with my work trailer tow. My trailer tire literally busted off at the axle going over the parking lot bump my trailer was on the ground to one side where I had to drag to a parking spot to get out of the way. JC went above and beyond in this difficult tow in the Hobby Lobby parking durning Christmas time in mean rush hour. He really assured me that he can get the job done and he did that and more ! I appreciate his dedication and his hard work and especially for not giving up on me. I’m truly thankful!

Where do I start? On my mom's bday, old faithful stopped working on us right after dinner. We called AAA whom sent Stagecoach Towing who sent a cool cool dude named Michael. Friendly, funny, informative and suoer helpful. We are so grateful they sent him. I hope we can use Michaek again for our future tows should we need him again. Highly recommend! Genuinely cool dude!
